Continue doing this until you get to the edge of the wall. Then place the tile directly up against the first tile. Then take another tile and peel off the paper. Press it firmly up against the wall and make sure that you hold it for a few seconds to allow the adhesive to stick to the wall. Take the first tile and press it onto the wall in the area where you made your marks. When you do this, you want to make sure not to touch the back of the tile to anything so that nothing else sticks to the adhesive. Start by peeling off this paper to expose the adhesive. This type of tile will have a piece of paper on the back of it to protect the adhesive. Step 3 - Install TileĪt this point, you are ready to start installing the vinyl tiles on the bathroom wall. When you start in the center of the wall, it will not create an uneven look and the small pieces of tile will go around the outside edge of the wall. This will give you a good place to start from. Measure the center point from each direction of the wall and make a mark it with a pencil. In order to do this, you need to use a tape measure. Step 2 - Center the Wallīefore you start installing the tile, you should determine where the center of the wall is. After you do this, allow the wall to dry so that you can start installing the tile. You need to use a rag and a cleaning solution to thoroughly clean the wall. There should be no dirt or dust on the surface of the wall.
